Extreme Home Makeover!

So I know I have been a slacker on updating lately but its been kind of busy.
To start it was Emma's blessing. Like the post before said it was a fun filled day, but I couldn't have asked for more, but to be honest I'm glad that its all over with! I was so stressed out with trying to find a day that most everyone could be there, along with the food and everything else and it being a holiday weekend as well as Ayotte family vacation.
Next Ayotte family vacation! We went to Logan fire works on Friday which was a lot of fun. Emma slept through the whole thing. What a good little sleeper! The next day we went to the pool, had lots of fun in the sun, then to Emma's blessing then just hung out some. Sunday we went to church, had a bbq, tie died shirts and hung out some more. Monday we went up to bear lake. After setting up camp aka Brandon, me, Emma, and Kel hung out in the church parking lot where we thought we were meeting everyone (they were all setting up camp).... we went to the lake. It was super windy but we still had a good time. Lots more hanging out and having fun until the next day we found out that the sprinklers at our house got stuck on and were going for 12+hours and our basement had 1-2in of water in it.... The house we rent is actually Blairs dad's house so they were kind enough to cut there trip a little early (they were planning on leaving at 3 and ended up taking off around 12, THANKS GUYS) Blair went and assessed the damage and called some water damage people. We came home later that evening and tried to get things in order. It we a fun, but kind of eventful little weekend. We still have like 7 huge economy fans going in the basement.
So now the owner wants to put the house back up for sale and asked if we would be willing to help get the house ready, we agreed so we have been working on the house pretty much all week. We have cut down a bunch of trees and overgrown, and I mean overgrown bushes. The house (other than the fact we have about 3-4 truck loads of branches to take out to the dump on our front lawn...) is looking great on the outside. The inside really doesn't need much, well except the basement with the flooding. So hopefully all this work pays off and we get the house sold! Pictures will come soon promise! Any advise would be great with what to do with the landscape or the inside.
Well back to sanding the deck and TCOB (taking care of business)
